The actor says that a person’s body is the best companion till the end of one’s life. He further writes that watching one’s breath and paying attention to it is the best way to remain peaceful. He reiterates that having a peaceful life is the ultimate aim of life. He concludes it, saying that one should take care of one’s body, pay attention to breathing and lead a peaceful life.

Recently, replying to a follower’s comment on Twitter, he suggested that Koyambedu and Kathipara junctions can be made into oxygen zones.
