'Annaatthe': Rajinikanth to pen his own punch dialogues in the film

Rajinikanth has been teaming up with aspiring directors and trying to deliver smashing hits in a row. The stylish star was last seen in the action-drama ‘Darbar’, and he played the role of a cop in the film. He will now be collaborating with Siruthai Siva for his next, and the film has been titled ‘Annaatthe’. Now, the latest buzz is that Rajinikanth is writing the punch dialogues for himself in ‘Annaatthe’.

Annaatthe’ is reported to be a rural entertainer, and the film has many popular faces including Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Khushbu, Meena, Prakash Raj, Soori, and Sathish amongst others. Rajinikanth is reported to be playing the role of a village president drama in the rural entertainer, and the film will have some strong dialogues. So, Rajinikanth himself decided to write a few punch lines for him, and he has been in discussion with director Siruthai Siva over the phone regarding it. Reportedly, the punch dialogues are expected to be powerful, and it will be pure enjoyment for the fans. It is worth mentioning that Superstar Rajinikanth has already written some punch dialogues for him in a few films including ‘Baba’.

Rajinikanth is expected to join back the shooting of ‘Annaatthe‘ by December or January next year, and the film is expected to be released for Summer 2021. ‘Annaatthe‘ is bankrolled by Sun Pictures, while the music of the film is scored by D Imman.
