Aparshakti Khurana spent time composing songs during the lockdown

Aparshakti Khurana was in the news recently for having visited Delhi’s Baba Ka Dhaba, which went viral some time ago. Like countless others, the actor was moved by the plight of the old owner couple, who was struggling financially due to the lockdown. As the video went viral on social media, several celebrities expressed concern about the couple and promised to visit the dhaba whenever they visit Delhi. Well, Aparshakti kept his promise and even shared a picture of his visit on his Instagram handle. He captioned it, ‘Promised Gaurav Wasan that we would have lunch at Baba Ka Dhabha when I’ll be in Delhi and we finally did! Had the bestttt matra paneer everrr!! Gaurav aap par gaurav hai Hum sab ko for what you’ve done for Baba. #VocalForLocal kese hote hai, ye aapse seekhna chahiye.’

In a recent interview, the actor revealed that he spent a lot of time writing and composing songs during the lockdown. Aparshakti said that his guitar was his constant companion, and that he utilised his time making music during the long months at home. In fact, he may soon even release a single. The actor said that one of the songs he composed, is very close to his heart and that he was hoping it gets used in a film. Aparshakti is all set to make his debut as a male lead in ‘Helmet’, which features Pranutan Behl. The film, which was supposed to be completed earlier this year, was delayed due to the lockdown that was imposed in March.
