Bala and RK Suresh's 'Visithiran' faces trouble after a case filed in court

RK Suresh will be next seen in a dual role in ‘Visithiran’, which is directed by Padmakumar. The film is an official remake of the super hit Malayalam film ‘Joseph’. The film is produced by filmmaker Bala under the banner B Studios, and the teaser was released recently. Now, the latest report is that Bala and RK Suresh’s ‘Visithiran’ is facing trouble after a case filed in court.

Sathish Kumar, who hails from Saligramam, Chennai, owns a production house named CSK Production. He has reportedly registered the title ‘Visithiran’ in 2015 at the South Indian film and TV series producer Guild and has been updating it till last March. Satish Kumar has filed a case in the court seeking an order against the production of a film titled ‘Visithiran’. The judge, who heard the case, has ordered to send notices to ‘Visithiran’ producer Bala and co-producer RK Suresh and adjourned the case to January 25th.

The recent order has come as a hurdle to the ‘Visithiran’ team as they are eying to release the film in theaters shortly.
