Chitrangda Singh is happy to go back to work, starts shooting for ‘Bob Biswas’ amid the pandemic

After Abhishek Bachchan, now actress Chitrangda jetted off to Kolkata and resumed work amid the pandemic for her upcoming film ‘Bob Biswas’. Taking to her social media handle, the actress revealed that she is happy to get back to the film set as she shared a goofy picture from her vanity van.

In the photo, Chitrangda is seen in between her makeup and hair session for the shoot while she strikes a pose in front of the mirror with her hairdresser and wrote, “On set .. face paint on ! Yayy #bobbiswas #happytobebackatwork 😌😎”

Earlier, Abhishek Bachchan had also put up a selfie from his flight while sporting a face mask and shield as he travelled to Kolkata and kickstarted the film shoot. He captioned it as, “#BackToBeingBob Stay safe everyone. Travel safe. #maskon keep your mask on.”

Meanwhile, talking about the film, the character of Bob Biswas emerged from Vidya Balan starrer ‘Kahaani’. While it was Saswata Chatterjee who had essayed the role in the 2012 film, now Abhishek Bachchan has stepped in to give the character a spin in the upcoming film. Written by Sujoy Ghosh, ‘Bob Biswas’ also marks the Bollywood debut of filmmaker Diya Ghosh.
