Company is a Bollywood gangster movie, it stars Ajay Devgn, Vivek Oberoi, Manisha Koirala, Mojanlal and Antara Mali in the Lead roles.

It was directed by Ram Gopal Varma and it was written by Jaideep Sahni and it was produced by Boney Kapoor, Ram Gopal Varma, and C. Ashwini Dutt. Editing part was done by Chandan Arora.

The Film’s was released on 12 April 2002, and become the commercial success in the box office. Made on total budget of ₹7 crore against the film receive gross ₹25.02 crore.

It was screened at the New York Asian Film Asian Film Festival in 2003, Fribourg International Film Festival and the Austin Film Festival and was also screened retrospectively in 2006 at the Fantastic Fest.

The movie won six filmfare awards including Best Male Debut and Best supporting Actor to Vivek Oberoi, Critics Award for Best Actor to Ajay Devgn, Critics Award for Best Actress to Manisha Koirala, and Best Story and Best Dialogue for Jaideep Sahani

Sandeep Chowta was composed the soundtrack with lyrics written by Sahni, Taabish Romani and Nitin Raikwar. Total eight tracks contain in the Album including two instrumentals. It was released by T series on 15 February 2002

The film was made on several location in Mumbai like Mombasa, Nairobi etc. and was also shoot in Hong Kong and Switzerland.

The story based on Bollywood gangster movie stars Chandu (Vivek Oberoi) a young and handsom man who finding his dreams and fortune and escaping the slums of Bombay. Coincidentally he met Malik (Ajay Devgn) who turns out to be the rising star of a criminal syndicate. Both of them become friends. Afterwards Chandu joins the Gang and the two of them become rich and famous and both of them move Hong Kong for their further operation. Their life of luxury soon destroyed by Jealousy and Anger and two them become bitter enemies. Chandu flees to Nairobi, but Malik soon locates him, and their feud escalates into a full-scale gang war that forces each of them to question their loyalties and decide how far their mutual hatred will take them.
