'Godavari': Jitendra Joshi remembers late actor-director Nishikant Kamat as he kick-starts shooting of his upcoming film

Months after ace actor-director Nishikant Kamat passed away, his closed friend Jitendra Joshi remembered him on the special occasion of upcoming film ‘Godavari’ mahurat shot.

Joshi who has films like ‘Duniyadari’, ‘Choricha Mamla’, Kaakan’ and many more to his credit, is all set make his debut as a producer with the upcoming Marathi film ‘Godavari’.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Joshi shared a picture where he kept the picture of his close friend late filmmaker Nishikant Kamat along with the frame of Lord Ganesha as he kick-starts shooting of his upcoming film.

Earlier, the actor had released the teaser poster of the film on his social media handle. The film sees actors like Neena Kulkarni, Priyadarshan Jadhav, Gauri Nalwade, and Sakhee Gokhale in key roles.
