Here's when John Abraham and Disha Patani's 'Do Villain' will go on floors

Mohit Suri’s ‘Do Villain’ (tentative title) has been making headlines ever since it was announced. John Abraham, Aditya Roy Kapur, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria were roped in for the movie. Recently, Aditya was replaced by Arjun Kapoor due to creative difference between the actor and director.

In a recent interaction with Mumbai Mirror, Mohit opened up about the film. He said that they want to take the action a notch higher. John has been designing and choreographing these scenes with him and their team of assistants. The filmmaker further added that there is a difference between a hero and a villain. We rarely get to know about the latter’s love story.

The makers are planning to start shooting in January 2021 and complete it in one go. If they start the prep now, they will be ready to shoot by January.

Speaking about working in the new normal, he stated that they have to plan short schedules with minimum crew members. The time spent on set will be far lesser than the time spent behind the scenes. He also added that they will be using a lot more technology too. The director is glad that he is used to making films in a limited time.
