In times of the pandemic, while Mumbai was in the initial stages of the unlock mode, Bollywood celebs took the opportunity to rush to their hometowns. Bollywood actors called for a family reunion after being in a lockdown alone in their homes in Mumbai.
While that being the case with many actors, Khaali Peeli actor Jaideep Ahlawat missed traveling away from Mumbai. Jaideep hails from Haryana, and is now hoping to visit his place soon. “I hope I get to visit my home post Diwali,” he says.
The actor who got recognition through films like Gangs Of Wasseypur, Commando: A One Man Army, Raazi among others has also worked down south with Kamal Haasan starrer Vishwaroopam. About his experience, of working in a different industry, he says, “Actually, I personally never approached, but whatever came my way I took it up. I like the way they function there too.”
Talking about working with Kamal Haasan he says, “Kamalji ne dil khol ke mera swaagat kiya. He treated me really well. I got to spend a lot of time with him and I got to learn a lot from him. If he knows you and shares a good connection with you, then he is much a fun person to be around with.”
