Kamal Haasan gets COVID-19 vaccination

As India gears up to get its COVID-19 vaccination, some of the top celenrities from the film fraternity have also started to get themselves vaccinated for coronavirus. While actress Radikaa had earlier in the day updated that she has got herself vaccinated, now, actor Kamal Haasan seems to gotten the COVID-19 vaccination too. The ‘Indian 2’ actor, who is currently focussing on his political journey announced the same through his social networking page.

Sharing a picture from the hospital while getting the vaccination, Kamal Haasan posted in Tamil which translates to, “I was vaccinated against coronavirus at Sri Ramachandra Hospital. Those who care not only for themselves but also for others should put up with it. Immunization of the body immediately, vaccination against corruption next month. Get ready.”

Meanwhile, on the career front, Kamal Haasan is expected to start shooting for his film ‘Vikram’ to be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj after the Tamil Nadu assembly elections, which will be held in a single phase on April 6. There is still no clarity on when the Ulaganayagan will resume shooting for director Shankar’s ‘Indian 2’, which was stalled due to an accident earlier and then due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
