The film, Avijatrik, focuses on the wanderlust of the main protagonist and the story of a sublime bond between a father and a son. The story is of Apu and his 6 years old son, Kajol.

On Tuesday Shaheb was present at KIIF as he is also part of a documentary on Bhanu Bandopadhyay which was screened at the fest. “On Bhanu Bandopadhyay’s birth centenary, a documentary was made and I was a part of it. I feel he was one of the most talented actors we had. His comic timings were excellent, which proves that he was a brilliant actor. Jamalaye Jibanta Manush is my all-time favourite film by him,” said Shaheb.
