Monday Motivation: Shilpa Shetty Kundra's latest yoga session is perfect for the winter mornings

Shilpa Shetty Kundra often shares pictures and videos from her yoga session on Instagram. The actress talks about different yoga postures every week and also shares the benefits. Recently, she took to her social media to share a video of her latest yoga session.

The actress talked about Eka Pada Baddha Padma Vrikshasana, that is excellent for the winter season. Sharing the picture, she wrote,”In the Winter season, our joints and limbs need a little extra attention. It’s important now more than ever because, for most of us, physical activity has dropped considerably. I can’t emphasise enough on the role Yoga plays in helping us stay healthy and agile.”

She further added, ”This morning, I got back to my routine and started my day with the Eka Pada Baddha Padma Vrikshasana. It is excellent for strengthening the ankles, calves, thighs, glutes, and spine. It also improves balance, flexibility of the knees & ankles, and helps improve concentration. It never ceases to amaze me how Yoga focusses on the entire body simultaneously. Tag a friend who you think should make Yoga a way of life 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🧘🏻‍♂️”.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress will be seen next in ‘Nikamma’. The film also features Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia in pivotal roles.
