It was usually a double celebration at Srabanti and Roshan’s place. After all, the couple share the same birth date. But this year, it’s going to be different. The actress is not celebrating her birthday because of the ongoing pandemic. She said, “We didn’t celebrate our first anniversary, which was in April, because of so much uncertainty all around. This year, we are not in a mood to celebrate any occasion as we all are struggling each day to survive. My birthday wish is to get back a normal life, where we can live without any fear of this virus. Roshan baked a cake for me and we cut it together to usher in our birthdays,” said Srabanti. On her last birthday, the actress had told Calcutta Times, “We were both born on August 13. We are perfect Leos! Both of us are grounded, love to eat, are attached to our families and love to laugh. Biryani and mutton are our favourite food, which we, of course, realised long after we met. But the celebration doesn’t end today as my son Jhinuk’s birthday is on August 14.”
The actress was busy shooting for a reality show for the past few days for which she missed being part of Janmashtami at home. “It is a big ritual in our home. But this year, we performed it in a small way,” said the actress.
