Photos: Rohit Shetty strikes a pose with Mumbai Police, calls them his “real-life superheroes”

Rohit Shetty recently spent some time with the Mumbai Police. He also took selfies with them and struck a pose with some police officers. Sharing the pictures on his social media handles, the filmmaker called them his “real-life heroes”.

In one of the pictures, Rohit is seen posing for a selfie with some male police officers while in another one he is seen striking a pose with female officers. He captioned the lovely pictures, ‘At Mumbai Police headquarters with my real life superheroes… MUMBAI POLICE. PS: Masks were down only for pictures.’

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rohit is awaiting the release of his next, ‘Sooryavanshi’. The movie that stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles, was supposed to hit the theatres in March last year. However, it was pushed ahead owing to the pandemic and the resulting lockdown. The makers are yet to announce the revised release date.

Apart from this, he is also shooting for his next with Ranveer Singh. The film is titled, ‘Cirkus’ and also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde and Varun Sharma in lead roles.
