Pooja Hegde, who is currently busy shooting for ‘Radhe Shyam’ in Italy with co-star Prabhas, will be kick-off the shoot of Rohit Shetty’s ‘Cirkus’ next month. The actress is super excited to be part of the film that also stars Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Varun Sharma.

Talking about being a part of ‘Cirkus’, Pooja reportedly told a news portal that she loves Rohit Shetty films. She revealed that her father and she watched ‘Simmba’ together, and they were shooting at Ajay Devgn’s entry. The actress also stated that she had first met Rohit at a film city in Hyderabad a few years ago and this offer came her way out of the blue.

Elaborating more about the film, Pooja reportedly said that it will be a complete masala film. According to the actress, ‘Cirkus’ will be Rohit Shetty’s version rather than an adaptation. She also added that they have a complimentary dose of Ranveer’s energy on set.

Pooja also went on to talk about her journey in Bollywood so far. After the debacle of her debut film, ‘Mohenjo Daro’ co-starring Hrithik Roshan, the actress took a break before resurfacing with ‘Housefull 4’. Talking about the same, Pooja revealed that she was under contract, so she hadn’t signed another film during the period. The actress revealed that the failure of her debut film was heart-breaking. However, eventually, South films came along, and work attracted more work. Pooja stated that she held off signing Hindi films because she needed a sturdy second movie.
