Actress Rakul Preet Singh, who is quite active on social media, has started shooting for Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘MayDay’. She took to her Instagram story and shared a glimpse of herself from the sets.

In the video, Rakul can be seen sporting a neon jacket while her team is busy doing her makeup. Thrilled to commence shooting for the film, the actress wrote, “Yay yay yay kickstarting #MAYDAY” Have a look:

Recently, Ajay had shared a picture of the clapper and announced that the film’s shooting schedule has officially begun. Taking to Twitter, Ajay had written, “Happy to officially begin MayDay in a start-to-finish shooting schedule. Seek blessings from the Almighty and my parents. Nothing is complete without the support of all my fans, family and well-wishers. Releases on 29th April 2022. @SrBachchan @Rakulpreet @KumarMangat.”

Earlier, a source had revealed to Mumbai Mirror, “They will be shooting nonstop till January-end. Rakul will join the shoot from mid-December and the entire team will be stationed together in Hyderabad in a bio-bubble.”

Rakul will be seen playing the role of a co-pilot in the film. After she came on board, she had said in a statement, “I have worked with Ajay sir in the past and extremely thrilled to be working with him yet again as his co-pilot in a film where he is not just my co-star but director too. When I decided to be an actor like all the other aspiring actors I had a dream to work with Mr Bachchan and I am so glad that with this film my dream to share screen space with him will come true.”
