Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Brahmastra’ has been in the making since long and the lockdown hampered one of their shoot schedules in Mumbai. However, director Ayan Mukerji seems to be making sure that the post production work continues by outsourcing the job. According to a news portal, Ayan has got a London-based studio to work on the VFX of the fantasy drama. Reportedly a large chunk of footage was sent to them and since it poses a risk of being leaked on the internet, Ayan has entrusted the duty to a select five-member team.
Recently rumours were rife that the entire cast of ‘Brahmastra’ has volunteered to take pay cuts due to the lockdown. However producer Karan Johar had clarified on Twitter, “My hugest request to my media friends not to reach any assumptions on our fraternityfilms…these are challenging times for the business and false news only makes the situation worse! Please wait for official news on any account!! This is a humble request….”
Apart from Ranbir-Alia, the film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a special role in ‘Brahmastra’, which is scheduled to hit the screens in December.
