Earlier talking about the same to a news portal, Ranvir had reportedly said that he went through a similar experience where he was professionally and socially isolated, equally pressured from all ends. He added that every chance and every platform they would get, they would be lying about him, saying that he is an alcoholic and abuser.

Elaborating further, he told the news portal that he felt helpless and powerless because those people were so powerful that the press will just listen to them and not even bother calling him for his side of the story. According to him, you just feel helpless and frustrated because you can’t do anything about it. He stated that it got really toxic for him at the time and he had to leave the country for a while.
