'She has set the Criminal Law in motion by filing her complaint'; says Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer on the FIR filed against Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is getting more and more complicated as Rhea Chakraborty has now filed an FIR against the late actor’s sister and a Delhi-based doctor, alleging them of prescribing him drugs without any consultation.

While the ‘Jalebi’ actress has reached the Narcotics Control Bureau office in Mumbai for the third round of questioning today, the FIR filed by Rhea has been transferred to CBI for further investigation.

Talking about the FIR filed in Bandra Police station, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde shared a statement which read as, “Rhea Chakraborty has set the Criminal Law in motion by filing her complaint with Bandra Pstn. The Cocktail of Illegally Administered Medicines and Drugs may have lead to SSRs suicide on 14th June 2020. His sisters need to be answerable to the investigators and God. 🙏🌹”

Meanwhile, a Times Now report suggested that the CBI team, who is currently probing Sushant’s death case is expected to seek legal opinion on Rhea’s FIR and if required, the team will register the FIR and will probe the angle as well.
