Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on his party's connection with Kangana Ranaut’s office demolition: The action at her office was done by BMC

While a police complaint has been registered against actress Kangana Ranaut for her remarks against Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has claimed that his party has no connection with the demolition action.

Talking about the demolition action at Kangana’s office, Raut addressed the media and refuted all allegations of his party’s association with the act. He said, “The action at Kangana Ranaut’s office was done by BMC. It has no connection with Shiv Sena. You can talk to the Mayor or the BMC Commissioner on it.”

Meanwhile, Raut had also addressed the media yesterday when Kangana had arrived in Mumbai and had stated that he had only expressed his anger at Kangana’s tweet where she had linked Mumbai to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK). He had said, “I have never threatened Kangana Ranaut. I only expressed my anger at Mumbai being likened to POK. I am not responsible for what action BMC takes. The matter is over for me, Kangana is welcome to live in Mumbai.”

The ‘Queen’ actress had shared a video post yesterday addressing Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray saying ‘his ego will also be destroyed, just as he broke her house.’ Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court has ordered a stay on BMC’s demolition drive at Kangana’s office in Mumbai.
