He’s shown his acting prowess in films like Dangal (2016), Judwaa 2 (2017), Hate Story 4 (2018) among others. The actor will soon be seen in Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi directed by Rohit Shetty. Vivan Bhathena who started his journey in showbiz by becoming a popular name thanks to his TV shows is set to wear the producer’s hat.
It was during the lockdown, last year that the actor thought of expanding his horizons. About his plans, he tells Bombay Times, “Well, I believe that I am at a certain age where if I don’t push myself now, it will never happen!” The actor says that while he’s just green lit the idea, it will take quite some time for the set up.
Vivan who’s a big fan of late Irrfan also draws inspiration from him as far as his career in acting is concerned. “May be later on in my career I might get my due, just the way we saw in case of Irrfan. However, I am not going to wait, but keep working hard.”
Along with hardwork, Vivan also believes in working smart. “At this stage I am not going to sit at home thinking kuch positive hoga. I am working harder, but I am being smart too. It is important to find this balance. Ultimately, you have to work your way,” he signs off.
