Sushant Singh Rajput tribute event in Kolkata gets a warm welcome

The tribute events in the memory of Sushant Singh Rajput in Patna and Varanasi had attracted quite a lot of attention on October 14. Sushant’s friend, choreographer Ganesh Hiwarkar, was seen at the forefront on both occasions. And now, on Saturday (October 17) it was time for Kolkata to make the event a memorable one.

Ganesh had earlier urged the fans of the late Bollywood actor to join the movement in Kolkata.

Pls join on 17th October at 11am at Central Park,fd block,sector 3, its time to protect universal justice pls join. @smitaparikh2 @iRaviTiwari @iujjawaltrivedi @KanganaTeam @shwetasinghkirt @anky1912 @narendramodi @AmitShah @republic @Swamy39 @ravikishann

Since Saturday morning, pictures and videos started pouring in as the Kolkata event near the Kali Ghat temple started and just like the previous two occasions Ganesh, wearing an SSR t-shirt, can be seen starting the rituals. Banners of Sushant’s pictures, demanding ‘justice’ and terming it a ‘satyagraha’ and ‘world movement’ once again proved the movement is still going on strong.

So now let’s go to City of Joy Kolkata for protest for SSR.

Let’s pray to Goddess Kali ji🙏

For Justice For our beloved Sushant.

Plz join the protest.

And the video is From Kalighat, Kolkata

Thank you!

His emotionally drenched fans are flooding social media with his pictures and videos, including moments shared by his family. Recently his sister Shweta Singh Kirti shared an emotional anecdote as she uploaded a video of the late actor rendering his voice for a bhajan. She also thanked everyone who has been part of the tribute events remembering his brother.
