Take a look at Soundarya Rajinikanth's Pongal celebrations

Soundarya Rajinikanth often posts photos of celebrations in her family. Now the director has posted photos of the Pongal celebrations along with husband Vishagan and son Ved. In the photos, the father-son duo is seen twinning in white veshtis and checked shirts. Soundarya has ditched sari but is seen wearing a block-printed mustard-shade churidar set.

From keeping the decorated Pongal pot to cooking delicious Pongal, she has posted a series of photos and Vishagan can be seen along with her in the kitchen. While Ved is seen looking at what his mom was doing, in one photo he is in Visagan’s fold, and in another, when along with Soundarya and Vishagan, it shows him offering flowers to the deities. Soundarya has posted a photo of her doing the arti, too. From the photos, it can also be seen that Soundarya has kept photos of Goddesses Meenakshi and Lakshmi. While fruits and Pongal-staple sugarcane are kept for puja, freshly made Pongal was also being offered along with flowers.

Unlike last year, Soundarya’sdad Rajinikanth and her mother Latha were missing from the Pongal photographs shared by her. She added a caption in Tamil, “Pongal wishes to all.” Meanwhile, Superstar Rajinikanth, who is on a break from the Annatthe shooting, posted his Pongal wishes on his social media account. The actor who suffered fluctuation in his blood pressure has subsequently decided not to enter politics and is taking rest at his Chennai home.
