Thalapathy Vijay surprised his friend by bringing lunch during COVID-19 lockdown

Actor Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Master’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is one the most awaited films of the year. The film has huge star cast which includes Vijay Sethupathi and Malavika Mohanan in the lead among others. Interestingly, it is known that the film has Vijay’s close friends Sanjeev, Sriman and Srinath in the film. The latest is that actor Vijay, surprised his friend Sanjeev, who has been a part of Vijay films Nilaave Vaa, Badri and Puthiya Geethai.

In a recent interaction with a popular online news website, actor Sanjeev revealed that Sriman, Srinath and himself play a small role in the film, which is of a reunion segment. He added that they had extreme fun while shooting in Delhi, as they got to play cricket with Vijay due to shooting getting cancelled on some days due to the air pollution during that time.

Another interesting story was that, a few months ago, Thalapathy Vijay himself drove down to actor Sanjeev’s house when he came to know that his friend was staying alone and brought him food during the lockdown. Apparently, Sanjeev had COVID 19 like symptoms and so had sent his wife and children to his in-laws place and was staying alone. Vijay spoke to him on phone and then surprised him in fifteen minutes by reaching his house and handing him food through the watchman, as Sanjeev didn’t want to come near Vijay.
