Trisha who last acted in 96 which had Vijay Sethupathi playing the lead has a few films in her kitty. She is part of Raangi and Garjanai. She also featured in Gautham Menon’s short film ‘Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn’ with Silambarasan TR, which was a sequel to the director’s Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya. She is also part of Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan. The film has Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Vikram Prabhu playing important roles. AR Rahman is composing music for the film.
